Kanchenjunga Trekking takes you through beautiful mountains on an adventurous journey into the Kanchenjunga Conservation Area in the Himalayas of Eastern Nepal. The trek begins in tropical lowlands and leads us to great altitudes where there is nothing but snow and rocks. The region is protected and spreads across 2,035 sq. km which includes a rich diversity of wildlife such as red panda, Himalayan black bear, and snow leopard. Mount Kanchenjunga (8,586m), the third highest peak in the world and the second highest peak of Nepal, is located within the Kanchenjunga Conservation Area. It was opened in 1988 to foreign travelers. This route provides panoramic views of mountains such as Lhotse, Makalu, Everest and Kanchenjunga, which are above 8,000 meters. Kanchenjunga trekking is one of the best and most well-known trekking routes in the Himalayan region of Nepal, but only a small number of travelers visit this area in a year because of the remote and challenging hiking.
